Born and raised in Osaka, I've loved takoyaki since I was little, and I finally opened my own takoyaki shop in Kadoma, Osaka. It's a small shop, but I'm aiming for a place loved by everyone from little kids to seniors. Feel free to call me Ko-chan. By my own count, Osaka has more than 400 takoyaki shops, and many of them are cheap, delicious and loved by locals.
