If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the TRAPOL office promptly. If you cancel for personal reasons, you will be charged the following cancellation fees: Up to 3 days before: 30% 2 days before: 30% The day before: 40% On the day: 50% After the tour starts: 100% *However, even if the cancellation fee is waived, the system usage fee (1,100 yen) is non-refundable. *We cannot compensate for transportation expenses or other costs incurred in the event of cancellation.
