Start camping by splitting firewood and building a fire, then enjoy a BBQ with Hokkaido ingredients. Savor coffee made from beans you choose and relax around the campfire.

Roast carefully selected green beans, grind them and brew proper coffee to enjoy at the campsite. Your host will also prepare coffee for you to take home.

Split firewood into thin pieces by "batoning" with a knife instead of an axe, then build a fire and gather around it. It's a little tricky, but fun once you get the hang of it.

Have a BBQ with Hokkaido vegetables and meat bought that morning at Maruyama Class. Taste the ingredients as they are, with the freedom of eating outdoors.
