Other charges

There are no charges payable to us besides the booking price. Travel to the venue and internet charges are yours to pay.

Payment methods

Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay (bookings taken by phone are paid at the venue on the day)

Payment timing

We place a hold on your card when you apply, and charge it when the booking is made by entering the verification code we email you.

Booking period

Until each slot's booking cutoff (set per experience, between 24 hours and 7 days before the start)

Conditions

Up to 30 guests per booking. Minimum party size, age limits and other requirements are shown on each experience page.

Application time limit

If the code is not entered and the payment not completed within 10 minutes of applying (pressing the pay button), the application is cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation fee is the higher of the amount set by the experience's cancellation policy and 5% of the booking price after discounts (rounded down to the yen). The cancellation policy is shown in the booking form and the confirmation email. You can cancel on the booking page until the experience starts, and refunds go back to the payment method you used. See our Cancellation Policy.

Phone bookings

Pay at the venue on the day. To cancel, call us before the start time. No cancellation fee is charged.
