CANCELLATION

1. The cancellation fee is the higher of the amount set by the experience's fee tiers and 5% of the booking price after discounts (rounded down to the yen).
2. The 5% covers payment fees that are not returned on refunds and our handling costs.
3. The tier is set by the time left before the experience starts. If the time left falls exactly on the boundary between two tiers, the lower fee applies.
4. The cancellation fee never exceeds the booking price.

Example: if the booking price after discounts is JPY 10,000 and you cancel while the tier fee is 0%, the cancellation fee is JPY 500 and the refund is JPY 9,500. If the tier fee is 50%, the cancellation fee is JPY 5,000 and the refund is JPY 5,000.

1. You can cancel on the booking page linked in your confirmation email until the experience starts. If the booking page asks for a verification code, enter the code we email you.
2. After the start time, please use our contact form.
3. If you do not join without cancelling, we do not refund the price.

After you cancel, the refund (the booking price minus the cancellation fee) goes back automatically to the payment method you used. Depending on your card issuer, it may take some time before it shows on your statement.

You cannot change the date, time or number of guests online. To ask for a change, use our contact form. If we cannot make the change, please cancel the booking and book again. The cancellation fees in this policy apply.

If we cancel an experience because of weather, disasters, venue closures or similar reasons, we refund the full amount received. No cancellation fee applies.

Bookings taken by phone are paid at the venue on the day. To cancel, call us before the start time. No cancellation fee is charged.

Cancellations and refunds for bookings made through other booking sites follow that site's conditions. Please cancel on that site.

The Japanese version of this policy is the original. If a translation differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
